Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Bathroom Remodeling League City provides a suite of services that include the renovation and remodeling of a bathroom and related home improvement. Any work done will be documented in your signed contract or proposal, which will also serve as the material, the extent of the work, and the price indication.

2. Estimates and Payments

• First of all, the estimates that we provide are based on what we see at the time of the inspection of the location.
• If the client wants to request changes or if there are some hidden conditions that have been found during the project, then the final costs might be different from the initial ones.
• Usually, a deposit which is part of the total payment will be required before starting the work, and if it is not mentioned otherwise in the contract, the rest will be paid at the end of the work.

3. Client Responsibilities

To facilitate the smooth running of the work, the clients agree to:

• Let the workers be in the place where they are going to do the job during the time that it is agreed to work.
• Take out the things that belong to you and that are valuable from the place where the renovation is going to be done.
• If for instance, the client has any change requests to communicate immediately, so the work will not be delayed.

4. Project Timeline

We understand that clients expect us to finish within the agreed period, but in some cases, timelines can be delayed due to bad weather, unavailability of supplies, or any other unknown reasons. In case changes are needed, Bathroom Remodeling League City will inform its clients.

5. Warranties and Liability

• We are very sure about the high quality of our work. Any inconvenience which results from our installation or work will be solved up to the period of the warranty mentioned in your contract.
• We disallow any responsibility for the harm that results from your intentional wrong use, neglect, or changes made after the completion of the project.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If you are a project owner and you want to cancel or reschedule the project, please send us a written notification informing us about it at the earliest time possible. The refunds of deposits, if any, will be made according to the provisions of your service contract.

7. Privacy and Communication

Your personal information, including name, address, phone number, and email, will be used only for the purpose of providing remodeling services. Bathroom Remodeling League City does not sell or share customer information with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved under Texas jurisdiction.
